EBOR Honors Members at Awards Dinner

EBOR held its annual awards banquet on March 14th at Kokopelli Golf Club in Marion.

Over 200 members were recognized for their 2018 production at the EBOR Party Gras Awards Dinner. Of those, seven agents- Darlene Baltzell, Paul Coons, Bob Davenport, Lisa McKinney, Beth Miller-Porter, Stewart Weisenberger and Cheryl Winters, received the Ruby Pyramid Award, the highest recognition level for production at $25 million or more in sales or 80 units or more.

Among those honored, Century 21 House of Realty was recognized as the 2018 Top Selling Company for 2018 sales of $67,259,977 and 629 units. House 2 Home Realty, Marion was also recognized as the 2018 Top Selling Office for 2018 sales of $45,563,878 and 366 units.

Every year EBOR honors several agents with traveling awards to those present at the banquet. The Golden Pig went to Bob Davenport for the highest residential sale in 2018. Paul Coons walked away with The Dog for the lowest residential sale in 2018.

Amy Munsell won the Frog Prince Award for her heart-warming essay of her most unusual transaction in 2018. Munsell knocked on the door of a For Sale By Owner, which lead to her gaining a foster child.

Nominated by her managing broker as an outstanding agent, Joy Mewes of House 2 Home Realty, was named 2018 Rookie of the Year.
