New Members:
Licensed Managing Broker or
Appraiser Adding New Board Office

Board Membership

• Completed Application for REALTOR Membership from all licensees in your office
• A copy of IL real estate license (or 45-day permit) or appraisal license from all licensees in your office
• A copy of your business license
• If you are or have been a member of another REALTOR Association we will need your NRDS# at time of application
• $600 New Board Office Fee from Designated REALTOR (Managing Broker/Appraiser)
• Annual Dues pro-rated for the month joining (see Membership Dues Schedule)

Multiple Listing Service (MLS)

• $600 Office Enrollment Fee from Designated REALTOR (Managing Broker/Appraiser)
• A New Member Orientation course on MLS policies and procedures must be completed within 90 days of joining

SentriLock Lockbox System

• SentriLock Options Form completed by Designated REALTOR (Managing Broker/Appraiser)
• If you decide to participate in the SentriLock system, every licensee must complete a SentriLock Authorized User Agreement.
