Board Membership
- Completed Application for REALTOR Membership
- A copy of IL real estate license (or 45-day permit) or appraisal
- If you are or have been a member of another REALTOR Association we will need your NRDS# at time of application
- $250 Application Fee
- Annual Dues pro-rated for the month joining (see Membership Dues Schedule)
Multiple Listing Service (MLS)
A New Member Orientation course on MLS policies and procedures must be completed within 90 days of joining
SentriLock Lockbox System
- If your office participates in the SentriLock system, you must complete a SentriLock Authorized User Agreement
